Customer Testimonials - We wanted to share a few of the letters we have received from our very satisfied customers.
Wendy

Simon arrived yesterday morning and what a beautiful dragon he is. His coloring is everything you stated it would be. My husband accepted delivery on him, and he mentioned how calm he was coming right out of the shipping container. I found that to be true as well. Last evening, he sat on my finger for quite some time while I watched TV with him. He could have stayed there all night! He ate some salad and all his crickets we fed him. I will introduce new salad items as we discussed.

Thank you for a handsome healthy dragon. I will not hestitate to share your name and website with anyone that asks.

Regards,

Dear Mike and Wendy:

My husband and I purchased a beautiful, young female dragon from you around May of last year. Saphira, as she was named after the dragon in Eragon, has since grown by leaps and bounds and is now a healthy 18 inch long dragon. When my husband first suggested a reptile as the next addition to our family of pets, I was a little hesitant because I had never been around many snakes, lizards, or any other reptiles for that matter. But now that she is with us, I can't imagine our house without her.

We love all of our pets of course, but Saphira is definitely one of our favorites because of how unique and fun she is. She is surprisingly affectionate, loves to watch T.V. with us, has a great little personality, and is so much fun to watch when she eats and is running wildly all around her terrarium.

Every night we get her out for a bath or to run around free or to just play around with some of the other pets (who love her, too!). She loves to ride around on one of our shoulders while we're making dinner or cuddle up in a towel on our lap after a relaxing and warm bath. Generally, though, you can find her basking on her stick and loving every minute of it!

Her appetite is certainly not lacking. Whenever we put food in front of her, we know that within a few minutes or hours (depending on her appetite that day and how much activity she has had) it will all be gone!! She gets a wide variety of food ranging from crickets and mealworms to veggies and fruit. We also supplement her diet sometimes with little treats from the pet store that have extra proteins and vitamins just to make sure she is getting all she needs to stay healthy.

I am so glad that we found a wonderful breeder who is right in our back yard. Thank you for sharing this lovely lizard with us. She gets so many compliments and we love to let people know about where she came from if they are interested in adding a dragon to their family. We would like to eventually get another dragon for Saphira to bask with and play with, but for now we just can't get enough of her!

Thanks again!!

Just a quick note and a picture of Sammy! He is doing extremely well and
has adjusted quickly to his new home. I haven't been able to find mustard
greens anywhere - I even tried online without success. He is getting use to the collard and turnip greens and zucchini/squash. Not really eating a lot of the salad and I hope that changes but he sure does love his crickets. His appetite is unbelievable. He ate about 20 the first day and about the same the second day. I think he could eat them all day long! I have been feeding him twice a day - at noon and then again around 6:00 pm - a couple hours before lights out. He has a mercury heat/UVA/UVB 160 watt that gives him
his heat and sun. It is cycled from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Let me know if you think anything should be changed.
Thanks again for all your help in the process.

The appetite and health of Sammy really tells me how you run your business!

Dear Mike and Wendy:

We purchased a young male from you last year around September. I can't say when we've been happier with a family pet. We have owned many animals and do now. Maximus is definitely a great animal.

We love all of our pets, but Max is in a class of his own. He is affectionate, has definite moods, travels very well, eats very well, has habits and personality that can't be beat.

Most of the time that we are home, Max runs free. He loves to ride on us, especially hugging the neck. He knows where his bed is, where his UV light and heat lamps are and even when running free, he will not do his business anywhere except on newspaper or in a bath. Cleaning is a breeze!

Our cats despise Maximus and he seems to realize this. The cats can't get to him and he quickly figured it out. He can stand up on the glass and bask in the sun and say "ha ha!" to the cats and he does everyday at pretty much the same time.

Max is happy, which is alot, he turns champagne and gets the most beautiful markings of sunset orange above his eyes. He LOVES strawberries and cantaloupe in addition to crickets, mealworms and greens.

Thank you for sharing/selling this lovely lizard to us. He is very rewarding to own. He gets many compliments and we pass on your web address all the time and highly recommend your dragons. Max has such character and is so expressive for a lizard. He communicates well with head bobbing and tail movement and definitely with affectionate. That is so strange and rewarding in a lizard.

Thanks again.

Hello Michael and Wendy.

We bought one of Razzle and Spyro's babies and he'll be two on the 4th of July. Sonny is so much fun. We are Carolina Hurricanes fans here in North Carolina, and we took a picture
of Sonny with his own Stanley Cup. He ate a couple of crickets out of it! We thought we'd share it with you. Hopefully our Hurricanes will win the real thing tonight!

Hope you and your family are well, hope you enjoy the picture, and thanks again for such a beautiful pet!

Hi Wendy,

I have only good things to say about your and your little ones!! I must also admit i was only suppose to be getting 1 dragon off you, the little citrus female (sammi), she started it all, but dave is a big mush over the dragons too. he won't quite admit it like i will but he loves them too!!! i keep bugging him to let me get my snow dragon but so far he won't budge.

Dave's mom wants a beardie from you now. I will definitely be placing the order w/you if she decides to get another. she has seen all the ones i got from you and was trying to talk me into giving her one of mine............told her hit the road toots if you want one i will order you one of your own!!! I am not parting w/my girls!!!

the doctor i go to also thinks they are gorgeous, he keeps talking about their color. before i got all the little ones from you i just had 2 hypo females which look like regular beardies, Trea is way lighter then a normal beardie and Adara is patternless and has lavender in her.

Admit it, all the hard work you do raising/breeding them its all worth while when you see those little eyes looking up at you! you cant help but love every one of them!! That is what does it for me. i know i have no where near as many as you but i have a mini crew to care for and all the cleaning and feedings is all worth the while when i see a healthy fat dragon!!!

Well all i am trying to say is you definetly made my xmas very special and happy!! i am very pleased i have chosen you to order from!!!

Thankx for your time
Renee!!

Hi, Georgia Bearded Dragons! My name is James Stuart. I am twelve years old. I bought two juvenile beardies in July at the Dixie Reptile Show in Birmingham. I and my whole family have fallen in love with these guys! I named the male, Zeus and the female, Hera. ( I plan to raise a lot of little gods and goddesses.)

Today my mom, brother and I went to a pet parade and pet blessing in Columbus, Mississippi. We took Zeus. He was a total gentleman throughout the whole thing. He was so calm and personable. He wowed the crowd (he was the only lizard there!). I was called up on stage to tell about Zeus. So many people, young and old, came to see him, pet him and ask questions. What a great ambassador for reptiles! The newspaper took my picture and oh yes, Zeus and I won second place! I have the red ribbon hanging on his vivarium.

Thanks for breeding great lizards. They are winners in every way!!!

Sincerely,
James

Hi, this is Dan Theerman, and I bought this little girl from you back in
June and couldn't be happier with her growth and progress. She eats like
a champ, and has put on a good 3-4 inches over the summer. The orange guy
is a potential "boyfriend" for her. We'll see how they get along next
spring. Here are a few pics of them soaking up some good old fashioned
natural uva/uvb. Thanks again for the great dragon.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know the female from Ten and Tommy I bought off you on Sunday in Philly is doing fine. She is eating plenty of crickets and some greens. She is a bit jumpy still but that is to be expected with the long weekend she had. Her color looks great and I wanted to thank you for an awesome dragon !!!

Hey Wendy! This is Karen, im 12 yrs. old and i was just writing to let
you know how my new "baby" is doing. I got a dragon from you guys at
that expo in South Carolina. He was the Tommy and Ten baby boy born June
5th. I remember looking at one of your females the day I got him. I was
thinking she was a bit to hipper. I was looking for a more laid back
dragon. Then I was introduced to a nice, calm, little male. It was love
at first sight! He came home with me that day. After a couple days of
observation, I decided on a name. Sochimichi. Smech for short. Sochimichi
is a Japanese word that means very hungry. He got that name by the
quick and greedy way he gobbles up his food. We have become best buds! As
a matter of fact Smech is velcroed to my shirt right now ! I really fell
in love with dragons, and after some serious consideration, my mom
decided to let me breed dragons. But only using smech and 3 other
females. This is her direct quote : " Whatever, but you pay every cent
and all those dragons will be well cared for! Do you understand!?" LOL!
You probably know how that is! I am very pleased with him!
Keep up the good work and wish us luck breeding him!

Very pleased customer,

Hello! My name is Diane vanDijk and I visited your booth at a show in
Raleigh, NC last weekend with my son who has been wanting a bearded
dragon for a few years now. He is 13 years old now and we were
considering letting him get one for Christmas. We visited the show to
see some dragons other than "Pet Smart" dragons. I would feel better to
get one from a breeder than a pet store. We were most impressed with
your set up at the show and took one of your cards home with us. (My son
was disappointed to not be getting a dragon right away!) Of the ones you
had on display, he kept pointing out your Georgia Sunset color. He did
the same on your web site, so I think we know his color preference! I
started thinking later about if you have many available in the winter
months. When we were thinking about it for a Christmas present, I wasn't
thinking about if they breed during any season. I know he would enjoy a
fairly young one to watch it grow. If you get a chance to write back
some time and let me know about the "time of year" thing, I would really
appreciate it. If Christmas isn't a good time of year we can think about
getting one at a better time. All I need is time to get a tank and
equipment for it.

Again, we enjoyed your beautiful bearded dragons and hope to hear from
you soon!

Sincerely,
Diane vanDijk

I just wanted to let you know we have been enjoying our new addition very
much. Eric took him gently from his shipping container and placed him in
his new tank where he quickly scampered up to his hammock. We let him
warm up a while, gave him a warm water soak and offered him some greens.

Soon afterward, we sat our cricket keeper tank next to his tank to prepare to
offer him a cricket. He came flying off his perch and started scratching at the
glass of his tank after those crickets in the keeper tank! He gobbled them up very quickly. He has been eating his crickets well, and in the mornings will take some
greens and veggies from my fingers I'm not sure if he eats any from his dish
after I stop feeding him (which is when he stops taking them from me!).

To be on the safe side, I use a baby medicine dropper with warm water and
drop a few drops of water on him and on his tank decorations and he laps
them up. His color is good and he is always watching us when we are
watching him. He finally "went" on Wednesday afternoon and has done another since then.
I don't know how often is normal, but if he should do more than once a day
then let me know if I should try to get more vegetables in him or a dose
of Parazap. He is active and alert and hungry, so I think he seems to
feel good.

We are still trying to perfect his tank temperatures and I
think we've got it about right now. We had to put a vent cover on the AC
vent to deflect it away from his tank. He isn't under the vent, but the
draft seemed to deflect off the wall and onto his tank a little so now
his tank is about 8 degrees warmer, which is around 95 in the hot zone
and 85 on the other side. I can't seem to get it hotter than 95 without
overheating the other side so I hope that is good enough, at least for
now. He has a mercury vapor bulb and an under the tank heater on one
side (although it is on the side of the tank since the directions said
not to use underneath if newspaper or paper towels were used for
substrate) and a spot basking bulb near the center to bring up the heat.
If his cool side starts to get too hot, we just turn off the spot bulb
and leave his mercury vapor bulb and tank heater on. I've used newspaper
under paper towels to try to insulate the flooring of the tank better and
it is on a metal open bottom aquarium stand.

Again, he is a wonderful lizard and Eric is quite proud of him. He
finally decided on a name for him. It's a spin off the "Blue Eyes White
Dragon" Yu-gi-oh card. He calls him Orange Eyed Sunset Dragon! (Sonny
for short!)

Thanks again for your care in choosing him for us. Let us
know if you feel we need to do something more for him right now or if we
are on the right track. We are very pleased with him and want him to
grow up healthy, beautiful and for a long time!

Sincerely,
Diane vanDijk, Eric and Sonny!

I bought one of your georgia sunset babies at the Raleigh show she was about five or six inches long when we brought her home, and she hasn't quit eating or growing yet. We let the kids name her and because of the red on her front legs they named her rosie. After several sheds seh is a little over nine inches now. Thanks for the great qualtiy dragon that you provide.

Here's an update on Diego here in Tucson. He is now
12" from 10". He has shed twice and is really
coloring up nicely. Wendy, you were right about
Razzles' babies! At the reptile show I purchased
him a screen cage for outdoors when cooler weather
permits. I think Diego is more colorful than most all
the others I've seen at the show. We are so pleased with
the little guy, keep up the great breeding work.

Yours, Lynn Moravek

There are alot of people selling bearded dragons online and at reptile
shows, but if you want healthy friendly dragons this is the place. Mike and
Wendy personally care for their dragons like members of the family. They
give you a great care package along with the dragon and will answer any
questions you may have. Yeah, i know you can get a dragon cheaper, but you
get what you pay for. Thanks Mike and Wendy!!

Hi Wendy,

I am just writing to let you know that Peaches is doing great in her new home. She is just adorable, and we so smitten with her. We have her set up by herself in a nice large enclosure right next to her potential boyfriend when she’s a little older. Our male beardie definitely seems to approve. When we first put their enclosures next to each-other he would bob his head and try to break out of his enclosure in order to try and get to her. He has since settled down and just stands where he can keep an eye on her while bobbing his head on occasion. She seems interested in him too. She waved her arm at him once so far that I observed, and she always hangs out in the corner where she can see him best. Hopefully, they will be a match made in heaven! I may contact you in the future for some friendly advice when it gets closer to trying to put them together.

Anyhow, my husband and I just want you and Mike to know that we were most impressed with your table set-up than anyone else’s. You did not have any of your beardies crammed into small spaces. You had some adults to show that you use for breeding (Apollo was amazing), and you were both very kind and answered any questions that anyone might have thoroughly. It was most obvious to us that you both share a passion for your beardies, and as a result you can definitely count on us for any future purchases that we might make.

Also, your beardies are top notch when compared to any of the other beardies we saw. It shows in Peaches! She’s adorably, she has amazing color and spirit, and your right, she eats very well! All we can say is keep up the great work. Your efforts are definitely being noticed.

Thanks so much for everything!

Dear Georgia Bearded Dragons,

I'm 15 and have loved lizards for a long time, but I'd never had a beardy. I purchased a baby dragon from you at the recent Florida State Fairgrounds' reptile show. I never thought that there could be an animal so charming, tame and fun!

I named my sandfire "Merlin," and set him up in my room. I've kept Iguanas for years, but most of them went mean on me (especially the males). With an arm full of scratches and bites, I was getting ready to give up, when I found that reptillian treasure, Bearded Dragons!

Are they all as nice as yours, or do you just take special care totame them? Merlin chomps his dragon slaw and mealworms ravinously, and I could swear he's grown since I got him!

I was really impressed with the way your company does business too. It seemed as if your salsperson at the stand would have rather me not buy a dragon at all, than get one without the proper equiptment. Most petsellers are just after quick money, and care nothing about the animals that they are selling.

Thanks. Keep up the good work! I'm hooked on dragons!

Sincerely,
Satisfied Customer Shane

Hi Guys,

Wanted to send you a message thanking you for your help and great quality. We showed up at the Atlanta reptile show with no knowledge and left with a pretty little dragon we call Alexandria.

Since being at the show I have seen many other dragons and discovered that the quality of your line is great. I attached a photo and wanted to let you know every one who asks 'Where we got her?' we send to your web site.

Take care,

I purchase a wonderful little girl form Wendy. She was everything she said she was. Delivery was flawless and her communication back and forth to me was great. This is my first beardy and I have had many questions which she has answered for me. She really cares about her babies and wants them to live healthy lives.

The only compliant I have is that she doesn't live closer to me but that may be good because I would have a house full of these well socialized babies. Thank you so much from our family and our new baby Ginger.

We received our little girl at 10:15 this morning. She was in great shape and very hungry obviously. She ate ten crickets that we had ready for her. My father-in-law came over to put her in her cage as soon as she arrived. He couldn't get over how friendly she was. She is adorable! Dave wanted me to tell you THANKS!! We named her Mulan. Our male is named Mushu'. But our 5 year old says he is going to call her Angel!! She is more friendly than our male when we got him. She came right into my hand. We are very please. And we appreciate everything that you have done for us.

Thanks Again,
Dave and Pam Curtis
